Recently, images of the high-end smartphone Xiaomi 15 Pro have been revealed to the public before its official launch.
Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its next flagship series – the Xiaomi 15 Series. After the public got a glimpse of the design and colors of the Xiaomi 15 Pro, the device has been spotted in real life.
Xiaomi 15 Pro retains the design language of the Xiaomi 14 series
A photo of Xiaomi Vice President Wang Xiaoyan was shared on the social media platform Weibo. What caught everyone's attention was the device in his hand - which resembles the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Pro.

Overall, the design of the device is quite similar to the Xiaomi 14 series. The camera cluster of the Xiaomi 15 Pro has the same design and position as the Xiaomi 14 Pro. However, the notable difference is that the LED flash has been moved outside the main camera cluster.

Xiaomi may have made this design tweak to accommodate the powerful Laser AF module. This technology, commonly used in smartphones and cameras, uses a laser beam to measure the distance between the camera and the subject, allowing the lens to quickly adjust for sharper focus and clearer images.
In terms of cameras, the Xiaomi 15 Pro is expected to have:
- 50 MP main camera with f/1.4 aperture
- 50 MP ultra wide angle camera
- New Sony IMX858 5X 50 MP telephoto camera
- 32 MP front camera
The Xiaomi 15 series is expected to officially launch later this month, possibly on October 20. It is expected to run on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.
Xiaomi 15 Pro has a design not much different from Xiaomi 14.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro is likely to feature a large 6.78-inch, four-sided curved AMOLED display with sharp 2K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The product will have a 6000 mAh battery, supporting 90W wired charging and 80W wireless charging.
The Xiaomi 14 series has had a solid start in terms of sales and experts expect the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Series to follow that trend.
