Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G is coming soon with MediaTek processor, promising many attractive features.
Xiaomi's Redmi Note 14 series was officially launched last month in China and now the phones are eagerly awaited for their international launch.
While the lineup in China includes three models, the Redmi Note 14 5G, Note 14 Pro 5G, and Note 14 Pro Plus 5G, the international version will have a new variant, the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G, according to Gizmochina.
Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G Coming Soon?
This information comes from a post by XiaomiTime, which discovered the phone model in the IMEI database. Accordingly, the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G has the model number 24116RACCG.
While the IMEI database doesn’t reveal many details about the device, the post says that the Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G is codenamed “Obsidian” and will be powered by a MediaTek processor. However, it’s unclear exactly which chipset it will be powered by. In comparison, the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra.
Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G appears on IMEI database
It's not uncommon for Redmi to release 4G versions of its Note series internationally. Last year, the company launched the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip, while the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G used a MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra chip.
The Redmi Note 13 series phones all share many similar specifications. This suggests that this year, the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G and 4G versions will likely feature most of the same features, with the main difference being the processor.

The post also reveals that the international version of the standard Redmi Note 14 will likely use a Snapdragon chip, as opposed to the Dimensity 7025 chip on the Chinese model. The device will still support 5G, but the specific details of this processor have not been revealed.
XiaomiTime's post says the source's accuracy is 90%, so changes are still possible until the product is officially launched.
Previously, Redmi Note 14 5G also appeared on the IMEI system with some model codes: 24117RN76L, 24117RN76O, 24117RN76G and 24117RN76E. The device is said to have the code name "Tanzanite".
