The next-generation iPad mini is likely to retain the same 8.3-inch screen size and overall form factor as the sixth-generation model. However, there is a rumor that Apple is considering tweaking the display assembly to address “jelly scrolling.” The change is intended to reduce lag when scrolling vertically, an issue that has plagued users with the current model.
A18 Chip
When launching the iPad mini 6, Apple equipped the A15 Bionic chip, a technology only available on the iPhone 13. If this trend continues, the iPad mini 7 will be equipped with the A18 chip, which doubles performance, improves memory bandwidth, and enhances energy efficiency.
Apple Intelligence
