OnePlus 13 is coming with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip and 6,000mAh battery with huge RAM capacity, promising outstanding performance and long usage time.
Starting next month, Android phone manufacturers will launch flagship models using Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and Dimensity 9400 chips. Of which, OnePlus 13 is expected to launch at the end of October, focusing on performance and battery life.
A leaked source said that the OnePlus 13 model will have a RAM version of up to 24GB.
OnePlus has been at the forefront of using massive amounts of RAM. The OnePlus 13 will be the only flagship in the first wave to feature 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM.
This suggests that other flagships using Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 like the Xiaomi 15 Pro, iQOO 13, and Honor Magic 7 Pro may not have a 24GB RAM version.
Weibo user @Digital Chat Station believes that the 24GB version of the OnePlus 13 will be quite expensive. Information about the 24GB RAM version of the OnePlus 13 is not too surprising, because the OnePlus 12, which is due to launch in December 2023, also has a 24GB + 1TB version priced at 5,799 yuan (about 20 million).
The OnePlus 13, which is expected to feature a host of upgrades, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, could cost between 6,000 and 6,500 yuan ($8,900 to $9,900) for the 24GB RAM version.
According to Gizmochina, the OnePlus 13 will be one of the first flagships to use the BOE X2 OLED panel. This screen still has a size of 6.82 inches, QHD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, but the design has changed to a slightly curved four-sided form.
In addition, OnePlus 13 is expected to integrate an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen, making recognition faster and more accurate.
The OnePlus 13's camera system is expected to not have many changes compared to its predecessor, including a 32MP selfie camera, a 48MP main camera (LYT-808 1/1.4"), a 50MP wide-angle camera (LYT-600 1/1.95") and a 50MP telephoto camera (LYT-600, 3X optical zoom).
Despite few hardware upgrades, the photo quality on the OnePlus 13 is still improved thanks to inheriting the new algorithm from the Find X8 flagship line.
Battery life is also a notable highlight on the OnePlus 13. The device is equipped with a large 6,000mAh battery, comes with 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging, with magnetic charging support.
